    ¡ñam ñam!

    ¡¡¡¡CANELONES DE XIXA!!!!

     

    iNgReDiEnTeS pArA 4 pErSoNIyAS...(si sois cm yo,doblar las cantidades...jajaj xD):

    -Un paketiyo de 20 laminas de pasta de canelones

    -Medio kilo de canne piká

    -Una sebollauu

    -un pimiento verdeeeuu

    -Dos ahos

    -Tomate ollllllando (o alipende jaja)

    -sal

    -Bechameell!!!

    -keso de gratinaoo

     

     

     

    ¿Cómo se hacen? Se pone el h2o a cocer con un pokitiiiiito de sal, exando las laminas de una en una…..ai q dejarlo cocer unos 15 minutiiis!!! Mientras q la cosa de cuece nosotros vamos aciendo er sofrito… Cortamos la sebollau y er pimiento en caxitos pekeñitos y los exams junto con los ajos y la carne pikada en una sarten cn un pokito de aceite.Vamos removiendo…tic tac tic tac…..Exams tb tomate frito y lo dehamos a fuego lento 10 o 15 minutiis…

     

    Cuando las laminitas estan en su punto, se escurren bien y se ponen en la encimera o en algun sitio plano bien estiraitas las laminitas y un poko separadas…. Sobre cada una de esas laminas, se tene q ponerun pokito de la xixa q ya abiamos concinao un pokio…os acordais??jejeje y se van enroyando…..ASI CON TODOS.

    Cuando ya esten tos asi, se ponen en una fuente, y se les exa x encima la bechamel y un pokito de queso de gratinar x encima…. Y x ultimo los metemos al horno unos 4 o 5 minutiyos para el queso se gratine….

    Y LISTOOO!!!!
